A big update is coming! We added a new Dragon Spirit slot and item. When you equip it, you get bonus stats and a cool animated spirit that follows your character. You can upgrade your Dragon Spirit to get more power and better effects. The update also brings new skills, skill balance changes, and big updates to the Master Tree and Soul System. You will also find new gear, new items, new crafts, strong new bosses, and a brand-new dungeon with unique loot. Get ready for new builds, new challenges, and more power for your character!

new equipment: Dragon Spirit

A new equipment slot has been added:  Dragon Spirit. Dragon Spirit is a special red dragon that flies around your character and gives extra stats. Each upgrade level gives Dragon Spirit better stats. At certain levels, it also gets stronger glow and new visual effects. It starts with 255 Life, which goes down while you use it. As its Life gets lower, its bonuses become weaker. At 0 Life, the Dragon Spirit does not disappear, but its power must be restored. You can repair it at the Pet Trainer in Dream Land using   Jewel of Harmony. Keep your Dragon Spirit in good condition to get its full power!

How to level up Dragon Spirit?

 New Skills

New combat skills have been added for some classes, giving players more ways to build and improve their characters. Not all classes received new skills. Some classes did not get any new skills yet, while others received only one. We will continue to expand the skill system in future updates. This is only the first step. This update also creates the technical base for future expansion of the class and skill system. We are not ready to share all our plans yet — but this is just the beginning. New skills can be purchased  from James for Valor Coin in Ruined Lorencia.

Every Charge restores independently over time, allowing you to use the skill multiple times in a row before waiting for it to recharge). Maximum 3 stacks. Each stack has 3 second cooldown.

  Summoner

- Chain Lightning Hit Count reduced from 3 to 2

  Blade Knight

- Swell Life maximum bonus increased from +130% to +150%.

- Fixed an issue where Soul Master damage against Blade Knight could be higher than intended in some situations.

Master Level & Master Skill Tree

- Master Skill Tree icons have been improved.

- Master Skill Tree upgrades have been added for all new skills from this update.
- New Master Skills have been added, some old Master Skills have been removed.
- Existing Master Skills have been rebalanced and updated.
- Maximum Master Skill upgrade level increased from 10 to 20.

- Maximum Master Level increased to 300:

This is a big changes, so during the adaptation and testing period, the /treereset command is temporarily free. Use this time to reset your Master Skill Tree, redistribute Master Points, upgrade new skills, and find the best build for your character at no extra cost.

 Soul system changes

The Soul System has received a major update. New options have been added, some existing options have been reworked, and progression bonuses have been updated. 5 new options have been added to the Soul System: Increases Critical Damage - increases Critical Attack damage. Increases Excellent Damage - increases Excellent Attack damage. Critical Damage Absorb - reduces Critical Damage received. Excellent Damage Absorb - reduces Excellent Damage received. Increases PvM Damage % - increases %  damage against monsters.

Changes to Existing Options:

Attack Speed replaced with Increases PvM Damage %.

Damage Decrease: maximum value increased from 3% to 4%.

All Stats: maximum value reduced from +380 to +200.

Increases Damage %  replaced with Increases Damage, using a flat value instead of %.

Increases Defense %  replaced with Increases Defense, using a flat value instead of %.

New Tier 7 Excellent Items have been added to the game. They are the strongest equipment currently available. There are several ways to obtain them: 1) with a very small chance from regular monsters in New Location — Kardamahal Temple. 2) by defeating new Elite Monsters and new Bosses.

Kardamahal Temple is a new high-level hunting area for players level 310 and above. Every monster in this location has a small chance to drop Tier 7 Excellent Items. The drop rate is very low, so only the most dedicated players will be able to collect the full set. Besides Tier 7 equipment, monsters in Kardamahal Temple can also drop   Golden Sentence, used for craft Wings Level 4 and   Guardian Spirit, used for  Dragon Spirit. The location is also home to new Elite Monsters and Bosses, making it the main place to hunt for Tier 7 equipment.

NEW DUNGEON: Imperial Guardian

Imperial Guardian has been added to the game. If you played this dungeon on other servers before, please note that it works very differently on MuDream.

Imperial Guardian is now a SOLO-only dungeon. Party entry is not available. The dungeon now uses a Multi-Session System. This means you do not have to wait until another player finishes the dungeon. Every player can start their own dungeon run at the same time.

The old weekday entry system has been removed. Instead, the dungeon now has 4 difficulty levels, and you can enter any difficulty on any day. Available difficulties: Normal, Hard, Nightmare, Expert

Jerint the Assistant

To enter Normal, Hard, or Nightmare, you need     Gaion's Order. It can be purchased from James (Valor Shop). To enter Expert, you need Complete Secromicon. Each difficulty has an NPC Jerint the Assistant that gives quests to kill bosses or mini-bosses. Completing these quests rewards you with Secromicon Fragment. Complete all quests from Normal to Nightmare to collect all 6 different Secromicon Fragments. Combine all 6 Fragments at the Chaos Goblin with a 100% success rate to create Complete Secromicon. Complete Secromicon unlocks the Expert difficulty.

Battle Pass now includes 160+ unique quests and more than 920 quests in total, including all progression levels.

Every year, our MU Bless project launches two new servers - one at the beginning of autumn and another at the beginning of spring. September has arrived, and we are happy to introduce our new low-rate server, Asgard x5! We would also like to remind you about our server policy: since 2013, we have been using a server merge system. Old servers are never wiped - they are merged with each other. Your character, together with all items and achievements, remains on our project forever. You can view the complete history of our server merges here.

We are announcing a €70,000 prize pool - the largest in MU Online history! For a limited time, every week the top 200 most active players in the Hall of Fame will receive 100 bonuses each from this prize pool. In addition, part of the funds will be allocated to contests and special events to increase the number of winners and give even more participants a chance to receive rewards.

The first Castle Siege will take place not one month after the server launch, but a month and a half later, on November 8. The treasury will not be awarded all at once, but will instead be evenly distributed across the first 8 sieges. This way, the entire prize pool will not fall into the hands of a single guild, and the other guilds will remain motivated to keep fighting even if they are unlucky in the first siege.
